The food served at Brandy Ho's is "country style" Hunan cooking; simple, substantial, and down-to-earth, prepared with fresh and healthy ingredients. We never use any MSG at Brandy Ho's. Dedicated to healthy living, Brandy Ho's uses very little oil in preparing its' dishes--ensuring that all dishes are as healthy as they are delicious.
Hunan is a province in Southern China, a region that has three traditional cooking-styles: Mountain, Lake, and Peasant. The food served at Brandy Ho's is "country style" Peasant cooking; simple, substantial and down-to-earth, prepared with fresh and healthy ingredients (never any MSG at Brandy Ho's) and a minimum of oil to ensure that the dishes are as healthy as they are delicious.
Great tasting food cooked in authentic Hunan style, generous portions, a comfortable atmosphere, and the attentive staff are some of the many reasons why both locals and visitors from around the world return to Brandy Ho's again and again.
