Castro Courier
Neighborhood Newspaper
The Castro Courier is a free monthly community newspaper that serves the residents of the Castro, Upper Market, Eureka Valley, Duboce Triangle, Dolores Heights and Corona Heights neighborhoods. Our first issue hit the streets in March, 2007.
We print 15,000 copies every month with approximately 13,000 delivered door-to-door and the remainder dropped at cafes, restaurants and businesses throughout the neighborhoods we cover. We provide door-to-door delivery in between Waller and 21st streets (north-to-south) and between Guerrero Street and Buenva Vista Park (east-to-west). A copy of all editions are available at the Harvey Milk/Eureka Valley Library near 16th Street and Market. We deliver the first Saturday of the month with some exceptions.
As a neighborhood paper, we welcome community news tips and submissions.
