As a general tax accountant Herb can assist you with tax preparation for individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, LLCs, SCorps, Estates, Trusts, Exempt Organizations and specializes helping clients get started in business and working with new businesses.
As a commercial real estate owner and manager as well as a San Francisco landlord Herb has decades of personal, business and tax related experience and knowledge to pass along to clients with residential and commercial real estate holdings.
