A FAMILY TRADITION
When cousins Truc Tran (executive chef) and Bao Phan moved into the neighborhood they immediately knew that something was missing -- a place to get great Vietnamese food!
So the two cousins and best friends have opened ZADIN, a Vietnamese restaurant steeped in tradition and peppered with contemporary twists. They offer such delights as basa fish rolls, lemongrass pork, pho, and an eclectic wine list.
ZADIN means "family" in Vietnamese. Truc and Bao invite you to come and enjoy some of their family's most treasured recipes.
